We advise against applying a protective rubber sole. This alters the shoe's balance and can cause the heel to break. Any repairs for damage caused by such modifications, if requested, will be at the customer's expense.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the order receipt date. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer; you will need to use our service, at a cost of €5.00, which will then be deducted from the refund.
