Accepted Payment Methods

PayPal: Customers can pay directly using their PayPal account.

Bank Transfer: Banking details will be sent automatically by email once the order is placed. Orders will be shipped as soon as the transfer is visible in our account, within 4 business days. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery, directly to the courier. An additional fee of €7.00 applies. Available for orders shipped within Italy only.

Scalapay: Pay in 3 interest-free instalments at no extra cost. The first instalment is charged upon order confirmation; the remaining two are collected after 30 and 60 days respectively.

Credit Card: Enter your card details through Stripe, our secure payment platform. Click HERE to learn more about Stripe's security standards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

International: We ship worldwide via the following carriers: DHL CONNECT for EU member states; DHL Express and SDA/EMS for non-EU destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Delivery times within the EU: 2 to 5 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times outside the EU: 2 to 10 business days, depending on destination.

Italy: We ship throughout Italy via BRT courier. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. During sales or promotional periods, delays may occur. Shipping cost: €5.00 (non-refundable in case of return). The €7.00 cash on delivery fee is charged by the courier and is therefore non-refundable in case of return. BRT will send you an email with your estimated delivery details.

Customs Duties: For destinations outside the European Economic Community: once your parcel has been shipped, you may be contacted regarding the payment of customs duties. These charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country and vary from country to country. We have no way of knowing in advance what duties may be applied, and Ginevra Calzature bears no responsibility for these charges. For more information, please consult your country's customs authority website. By placing an order for delivery outside the EEC, customers are deemed to be aware of and to accept this practice, which is standard in international commerce.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If an order is cancelled before the goods have been shipped, transaction fees incurred on our end for payments made via PayPal, credit card or Scalapay will be deducted from the refund.
