How to Return an Item

Returning an item has never been easier. The procedure below applies to orders shipped within Italy and across Europe. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Italy: You can return your item using our return service for a fee of €5.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns including more than 2 items will be charged €10.00.

Europe: You can return your item using our DHL CONNECT service for a fee of €10.00.

Refund Methods

• Card, PayPal, Scalapay: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend solely on your card issuer and may take between 7 and 10 business days.

• Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. During the return process, you will be asked to provide your IBAN and account holder name. Please note that the €7.00 cash on delivery fee is non-refundable, as it is collected directly by the courier.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable when applicable.

Return Policy

Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. If a product includes a security seal, it must be returned with the seal in its original position.
