We advise against applying protective rubber to the sole. This operation alters the balance of the shoe and may cause the heel to break. Any repair of damage due to such modification, if requested, will be at the customer's expense.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the order receipt date. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer; you will need to use our service, at a cost of €5.00, which will then be deducted from the refund.
