Returns must be requested within 14 days from the order receipt date. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer; you will need to use our service, at a cost of €5.00, which will then be deducted from the refund.

We accept the following payment methods: Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Scalapay, Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery incurs an extra €7.00 charged by the courier, and this fee is non-refundable. We ship throughout Italy with BRT courier; delivery takes 24/48 working hours, depending on the area. Orders are generally dispatched the day after they are placed. The courier will send you the expected delivery details via email.
