Bank Transfer The bank details will be automatically sent via email once the order is complete. Shipping will occur as soon as the bank transfer is visible in the current account, within 4 working days. After this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Cash on Delivery Payment in cash upon delivery directly to the courier. This service has an additional cost of €7.00, valid only for orders processed in Italy.
Scalapay Payment in 3 interest-free installments, a free service that requires the first installment to be paid at the time of order confirmation, and the subsequent two installments will be collected after 30 and 60 days.

We ship throughout Italy via BRT Courier, which delivers within 1/3 working days. During sales or promotional periods, shipments may be delayed.
The shipping cost in Italy is € 5.00 (non-refundable in case of return)
The cash-on-delivery fee of € 7.00 is requested by the courier and therefore (in case of return) represents a non-refundable cost.

We ship worldwide via the following couriers:

DHL Express and SDA/EMS for other Non-EU destinations.

CUSTOMS DUTIES:
Countries outside the European economic community: once your package is shipped, you will be contacted for the payment of customs duties. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
In case of an order cancellation request before the goods are shipped, the transaction fees (borne by us) incurred via PayPal/credit card/Scalapay will be deducted from the refund.
